When my brother and I were little, we had a Snail Hotel. Whenever we saw a fat, juicy snail crawling on a leaf, we’d adopt it to live in our backyard hotel.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was our Lettuce Special.
And whenever we saw a bug, instead of squashing it, we’d rescue it from our classmates’ clutches. The truth is, bugs are cool. And being open to eating them can save our planet.
